Why some software companies fail in India

What is the greatest challenge for a person running a software company in india? The challenge is to run the company and run it with decent profits. I am talking about companies that have minimum employees around 100 or below. The golden rules are given below.
  1. Saturday and sunday should be compulsory holidays. When you do this you will see that the leave taken during week days will be reduced DRASTICALLY
  2. If in chennai, the basic salary should at least be 9,000 INR per month.
  3. Give the salary before the 5th of the month.
  4. General Holidays should be respected and leave should be declared on those days
  5. USA and UK Laws cannot be followed in India.
  6. On site for many people is outside India and hence while recruiting them tell that they will be required to travel
  7. Explain to them the experience which they will gain in the company and how it can make big in a couple of years
